Marmoset specular question

So I'm fairly new to Marmoset 2.0 and I seem to be running into a problem. I've placed all my textures into my scene, but my spec maps in Marmoset appear very blown out and flat and I'm not sure why this is.

Here's an example of my spec:
6ARp4

and gloss:
6ARCf

But this is how Marmoset reads my spec:
6ARq9

I have read the tutorial on Marmoset's site (http://www.marmoset.co/toolbag/learn/materials) but even with this I think that my spec and gloss look similar to the examples given here, so I don't get why in my scene they become so blown out of proportion.

Here's my scene with all the maps applied (note the stairs and columns don't actually have a texture yet, so they're white on purpose): 6ARvt
