There are currently vendor Environment art positions available through our external partners to work on the Halo franchise. These are on-site jobs in downtown Kirkland WA at 343 Industries.

It means the positions are through a 3rd party. Try looking at the Aquent or Filter websites. This is pretty common practice for Microsoft studios looking for mid to junior level artists.
