Just backed it, this looks truly amazing. It's like my dream videogame becoming reality, I'm super excited about it. Just thinking about arma freedom + witcher storyline + dark souls combat and I'm sold.
From the page:
"We’re mixing the freedom and mechanics of Skyrim, the setting of Mount and Blade, the storytelling styles of The Witcher and Red Dead Redemption, and the tough combat dynamics of Dark Souls into a single, gorgeous package"
That is a tall order. But, basically they're saying they're rolling all of my favorite games into one. I LOVE games of this setting too, and have been thinking recently that there should be more medieval rpgs with low-no fantasy elements.
I'm stoked. I'll probably back it but I'm definitely gonna buy this when it comes out. Looks amazing too, woot, cryengine

This - a bit - we wanna make call of duty -but a bit more worldofwarcraft like also in the lord of the rings setting - /irony off - oh and were a stuff of 25 peps.
I hope they reach the goals - looks like a solid step - also cryengine
Just saw this like 15 minutes ago haha. According to the kicktraq (which is usually off by a lot) they're going to meet 800%+ of their goal. While they probably won't make that much, I'd say it's safe to assume they'll at least meet their minimum goal.
That was the most honest, and non-bullshit Kickstarter video I've seen, I love it. Definitely backing, can really respect a team that is honest and not forking out PR madness or silly techniques, but talking about actual risks, business, and also about the history of trying to publish.

Really hope they get funded!
