3dsmax 2014 student version help!!!!!

Guys,need some help here.I have been having a lot of problems with my laptop so I decided to do a clean re installation of Windows.When I tried to reinstall 3dsmax student version,it installed with d3dcompiler.dll missing.I updated my windows online,the problem still persisted.I had to do another clean install to get the error to go away.Now,I started having problems,connecting to the internet with my Wifi.I took the laptop to the technical unit in my school,and it turns out the culprit has been the antivirus I installed in my laptop which is Bullguard(never touching this software again!!!).
After it was uninstalled, I can now connect properly and I tried redownloading the student version but it installed as a trial version instead.Is there anything that can be done about this?

Go to the Help menu. There should be a link there to activate your license. Might be in the About area.
Your student license # will be here, after you login and go to download it:
