Bandit base entrance - need feedback

Hello, I need a feedback to this.This is a bandit base entrance in forest. I want it look stylized, but not so much. Stones need some work, but when I sculpt some stone, it looks ugly. Image was rendered in Blender. Model is created too in blender. Thanks for any feedback

    Are you working off any reference? I'm having a hard time telling what it's meant to be.

    No, I'm not using any reference. Without the leather top it is remain of bricks of castle entrance destroyed few hundred years ago. The remains are stabilized by wooden construction.

    You should try and find some reference for what you're making. Even if it's not exactly what you're after, look for stuff you can use. Think about where the entrance leads and what would surround it. Most castle ruins will still have some walls around the entrance even if the top has worn away. Even if you'd prefer not to do that there should still be some walls around the entrance otherwise the entrance serves no purpose.

    You should also mention what this will be used for, will this be one part of a larger scene or a standalone prop? Is it for a game or something else?

    I have a drawn plan of the area and some objects with more detailed plan. Some objects was ugly, so I remake them. Entrance was one of them. This was my third plan of it. Around the area are remains of walls and dense bushes, so entrance is only way to get in. Whole area is environment what I'm creating in free time.
