I have been doing some texturing in UDK recently and noticed my white isn't as bright as I was expecting, but its difficult to tell with lighting values etc... I know I have changed these settings previously as I needed to fix an issue with CryEngine. With that in mind I was wondering if anyone knew what color settings I should be using in Photoshop to achieve accurate conversion to UDK?
I'm currently using...
sRGB 2.1
U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2
Dot Gain 20%
Dot Gain 20%
Thanks.

On the subject of colour grading though, I would highly recommend not changing contrast and brightness in colour grading. That's something which really should be done in the HDR renderer to avoid any compression and banding issues. Assuming that is the engine supports that level of control. I'm assuming UDK does?
