I like the concept art a lot !
There is not much to say right now. The scale looks correct to me but something seems wrong with your camera's FOV (it's very noticeable on the bottom left of your blockout). Also your camera might be a little bit too "horizontal". I mean it's not looking down enough to me.
Here's an Ambient Occlusion pass, and a wireframe of it currently,
I'm currently working on attaching the back bridge to the front bridge, as well as working on some more detail in the merchant stand
Looking good so far. I ask though, are you aiming for a game engine? The number of polygons used on your bridges is quite high in comparison to the rest of the scene.
Also bear in mind the work you must do when it comes time to texture your scene. Without offense the bridge would be a nightmare to UV map.
You have a good blockout so far. Looking forward to your developments.
This scene is a big undertaking, I'd recommend focusing on a section of the concept for the scene and taking it to full finished so you can see how much time it takes and the end look you can achieve.
The blockout looks promising, get some lighting in there right away, even temp texture could help (maybe you don't need to model every detail if it's not seen, you know?).
no this isn't an environment for a game engine, its just a environment i want to use on my demo reel, and i will lower the typology on the bridges to try and match the rest of the scene.
I will be throwing some textures on and add some lighting this week to see how its turning out, Thanks Again
Here is the environment with some lighting and textures applied as well as an AO pass and wire-frame, i will be working on the lighting some more fixing up some of the textures as well as adding some effects into the scene.

If your doing this for portfolio work, and your portfolio is geared towards games, there is no reason not to do this in something like udk.
