The ES set looks really solid! Though I have some suggestions, specially related to the textures. I get that you're going for a kinda roman/greek look with marble textures, but I don't think it fits the hero that much and looks a bit bland, perhaps a bit more orange and brown? That's kinda personal preference though, I can also see how it can look appealing due to creating some different color contrast. The head piece is also really hard to see, since its color is very similar to Earthshaker's, making them stand out a lot less when compared to the rest of the set.
Aside from the critiques mentioned above I feel you are missing a huge trick by not having some nice areas to implement the detail mask for Earthshaker's totem. It gives him that cool orange glow effect when certain skills are used. The larger bracers are nice but I don't know how the marble fits in with the character's theme. Perhaps try even roughing it up a bit.
Looks good. I like the bracers as they look heavy enough to cause an earthquake. Only crit would be the totem, which perhaps would look better being either more marble, stone or wood. Otherwise - great work.
Thanks for the comments! Hoping to get this in the workshop soon.
I took a stab at responding to hopgood's concerns about the detail mask, deepening some of the cracks in the totem and applying the glow to those cracks:
I need to make all the marketing materials for this. I noticed in the submission form, there is a space for "marketing", but it seems to ask only for the "featured" illustration -- where/when do you upload icons for the workshop itself?

You select the thumbnails right before submitting, just go with the importing process and you'll see it.
As far as exposure goes, there shouldn't be much more Spring items being submitted because the event deadline has passed, so it shouldn't get buried in submissions. That being said, I don't know if Valve plans to add new items to the game next patch alongside whatever they have planned for the event.
I think it's worth noting that if they don't, by the time the next patch comes around, your set might have faded into obscurity. But really, it's always hard to predict what Valve will do. It's your call.

I took a stab at redoing the headpiece to be more noticeable. Went with a marble-with-gold-trim approach rather than all-gold:
Did some work on the metal insets to tilt them towards gold rather than copper:
Also doing some hue shifting which I'll post later...

Quick stab at a marketing image! Shoutout to Ace-Angel for the Maya cgfx shader, his thread can be found here: http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=110022
Anyways, on to the image!
I'm basically ready to submit, but I'm thinking I maybe should hold off for a week or so because of the Spring2014 event.
Does anyone have any thoughts on that? It'd be nice to just get this uploaded and done, but if it isn't the right time it isn't the right time.

Front page updated with submission links and thumbs.
Gonna be starting on the monthly challenge soon!
My set for Earthshaker is on the first page of collections. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=222330531
The items are hovering around page 2! http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=222328128
Been learning some hard lessons about promoting workshop items. It's depressing to be behind Addidas-jumpsuit pudge :[
