A couple things:
Your feather details are kinda lumpy and not well defined. If I squint just a little bit they pretty much disappear. They wont read well at the in game size or texture resolution.
The tail just looks lumpy and rushed as do the legs. The wings just look carved in and not like they are real wings with a skeletal structure resting on his sides. I would take a look at some real parrots and incorporate some anatomy
Hey Jed, I recently found out the beauty of working with alpha masks, i'd recommend grabbing a couple of feather alphas and giving that bird some better resolution. also, remember baking ambient occlusion when you are done and probably overlaying some color into it, to make sure the parrots colorful!
