Hand/Wrist Topology Help

Hello Everyone,

I have a bit of a conundrum with the hand topology of my most recent model. I have squared away everything else about this model but this issue is nagging away at me and I want to make sure its not a problem before I rig this character.

Basically I took this hand from another model and placed it onto my Benjamin character. The flow of geometry was slightly different so I pointed a couple of the polygons inwards keeping things 4 sided but lets just say different...

I am wondering how this will affect the bending of the wrist if at all. To explain what I am talking about more clearly I have attached some images to this post...

I have marked the inward facing poly's in red... These allowed me to connect a 12 sided polygon hand to a 10 sided polygon jacket.

I am just wondering if this will mess up the rigging at all or make the hand curl ridiculous.
