Independent Game Company Looking for Talented Anime Artist and Animators

My name is Cole Walker, I am the creator of my own independent game company RenegadeHatter studios. Me and my small team are creating a new game I have thought up which would be close to the gameplay of Max Anarchy only with an interesting little twist to it along with open world gameplay. It's my love letter to the manga and anime industry. My goal at this very moment is to find people who are interested in doing concept art for the characters and environment along with someone who could create a little teaser trailer. All of this will be put into a Kickstarter I will be starting soon.

This is a big project and I ask any person who is up to the task to apply. I understand that you most likely would like to know about the project and us the people behind it, but this is all under wraps until the Kickstarter launches. The proceeds we raise from it will be divided equally depending on the price we arrange

Anime Artist Requirements:

• Must know how to make detailed anime pieces
• Must show the ability to pose characters in any way
• Must create detailed Evironmental pieces(Sometimes include characters)
• MUST BE DEDICATED TO THIS PROJECT AND FOLLOW ALL DEADLINES GIVEN

Teaser Animator Requirements:

• Must animate to the tiniest detail
• Must be close to real anime animation
• MUST BE DEDICATED TO THIS PROJECT AND FOLLOW ALL DEALINES GIVEN

I think you should specify more about the job you're searching. Is the animator 2D or 3D artist ? Are you searching for a 3D artist, a concept artist or just an anime illustrator ?

EXTRA DETAIL: 2D Animator for traditional anime style and Concept Artist along with Anime Illustrator. Any 3D Character Artist are welcome as well and greatly appreciated.

Do you have a website for the project? Some images from the game in progress? There really isn't anything here to interest people, which probably explains the lack of response.
