3d Bust on my free time

hello everyone, it has been a long while since I last posted on here but here is a piece I have been working on in my free time for the past two days. I have pulled different shapes and forms from some of my favorite concepts to make this Bust. so its a mash up of different concept artist Hope you like what I have so far, there is more to come!!

First image was last nights finish and second image is tonight's finish ( blocking out the armor )

Hey everyone this is a small update, but I began to detail armor, and detail the necklaces, more is soon to come.

It's probably too early for crits, but he seems pretty old/worn, a few scars and some scratches and ear jewellery/trophies would look great.

Here a new update, did some more on the armor have a couple pieces to go, I also started to mess with hair. What do you guys think you like the Mohawk or no?

Hey guys new update, finally finished armor, at least first pass. I will be adding some earing with bones as trophies what do you think ? I decided to pick a base color for the skin, do you guys like it or do you think I should go with more of a tan base colors skin?

Today's update, I began to put the first pass of color in the armor, finding the right materials to use for them too. I also added some face paint, thought it would be a nice touch. still need to do the earrings though haven't forgotten yet.

Okay, so I decided to call this one done, I have some other piece I want to do. But this one I am happy how it turned out What do you all think?

Hey all since I finished the bust the other day I thought I would start doing another piece and make this thread my sketch book. So here is the next piece I will be doing .. I am still deciding what kind of gear or time period I should put him in. So I wanted to see what you all would like to see

Update 1: Blocking in continues, I am still not sure where to go with certain areas of the model ? any suggestion gear wise any of you might like to see ? I might be over hauling the armor but not sure. Maybe some one can do a sketch over?

Update 3: blocking in finished, would have had pose but transpose master has decided to take a dump in zbrush. So I will end here for tonight before zbrush gives me any more problems! any body have any similar problems with transpose master?

Update 4: decided to take of helmets, made the silhouette better. and put the axes in as place holder, will make new ones for him. started to do first detail pass still more to come.

So I have been taking a break from the barbarian, to create a enemy for him and decided to create a sea serpent, let me know your thoughts on it, in the end everything will be rendered in Vray for the final scene but I decided to put it in to marmoset, to see all the maps together

Serpent looks good, the texture could use a little variation thought, maybe it's the sterile lighting but the colours seem a little lifeless. A little dirt or damage perhaps?

Hey Jose, I would say get your documentation down first, having the story is good but getting the design and mechanics of it documented will help in the long run. It will cut a lot mistakes or problems out, like feature creep.

So I haven't really done to many female characters, so I decided to take a crack at it. So found a drawing of the Wicked Witch that I liked from Zenescope Entertainment, so I decided to remake it. I did changed some of it around but kept the same overall look at feel.
