ZBrush Advice please?

I have just begun sculpting faces in zbrush, can would like to know the best way to go about sculpting the lips nose and teeth, inside of mouth etcetera etcetera? I imagine it has to do with masking, but I am comeplete unawares of how to do this. Also how Good is the transpose tool for moving individual parts of models? You can just link tutorials if you like. Thanks in advance!
