UV/Normal Map High-Low poly assistance

Hi all first post, I am trying to get the detail from a high poly model to a lower poly model. The high poly has been decimated from the highest sub division in Zbrush. The lowest has been topo'd in max and then used as a base for the final sculpt. I am now trying to get the detail from the high poly onto the low poly model.

I have tried two separate ways to get the Normal map, using Xnormal and using the projection method in max. When I attach the Normal into the Bump slot the seams of the model seem to go haywire. Can anyone give me assistance on this? Or offer any guidance in getting around/ working through it. This result is through using Max's projection.
