Wow this looks great! wish I had the money to take the course. I don't know how much financial sense it makes but I wonder if it's possible to offer the class at a lower price sans the direct feedback from Jason and the forums.
I suppose. I'm in school right now and the cost per class is $4000 and the general instruction isn't great.. For $1300, weekly crits, and someone who knows the pipeline well.. seems pretty good in comparison.
I was in the first round of online classes (final live class was last night in fact) and its been really worth it for me. Picked up so much in those 12 weeks.
All the classes and pre recorded video tutorials are on the forums so you can watch them again any time you want and you can keep getting feedback on your environment for as long as you are working on it really.

I'd only do it if they named it futureparty. Also I did the in person class over a year ago, I think that at least that class is great if you're starting out.
the course itself looks great but the pricing is putting it out of a lot of peoples reach I expect.
You can charge what you want to charge sure enough but for that price I would expect high quality content some cert or degree at the end, and a morgan freeman voice over.
I think it's a fair price, I bet it serves as a good incentive for those who signed up to keep at it aswell. I for one would really make it count if I had spent that kind of money on it!

What year did you take the in person class at FuturePoly? I took mine in early January of 2012 with Joe Pikop's class. Learned a lot on that class.

But damn, that's quite pricey.
