Your edges are quite tight for baking purposes, and if you look at references the handle is much smoother (think about how you would hold it.. what you currently have would be awkward and uncomfortable).
Pistol grip is still too sharp, particularly the end. Apply the subdivision modifier to the receiver too, or introduce more loops to smooth things out yourself.
Also, look at the image below:
Notice how (in the top one, not the bottom one), the pistol grip has some grips or extrusions from it? Model them!
Lastly, I know it's just semantics, but it'll help for you if you rename the meshes to something more relevant.
