Love the jugg set, couple of worries tho.
I feel the items if not worn in a set will look misplaced. you would have to play a bit with the pieces so that they look ok worn with other items.

from what i can see, i would also recommend another way to attach the flag to his back, since it would be the "back" slot, but if worn with anything else it would look like its floating, not sure if this has been an issue in any other sets in the game. just my observations.

Xajai, the back slot is basically everything on the torso, so both the flag and the top part of the robe is the same slot.

Nice designs, might want to increase the size of your runes though. They're pretty small in all of your concepts - imagine how visible they will be in game.
