hi guy I'm kind of new to this stuff but here's a model for blood seekers weapon its "350 triangles" I know its not textured I'm not that great with Photoshop. any way tell me what you think any advice/tip are wanted no matter how harsh

it looks fine, but it is hard to tell you much from the low polygon model of your item.
Most creators use Zbrush for the sculpting process, which is used to create a detailed high polygon model. The high polygon model is used to bake textures that then project the details onto the low polygon model.
Without the high polygon model you'd have to do a very impressive texturing to achieve the same level of quality that the ingame items have.

Keep working on it! The better you get at sculpting the easier everything else will be.
