Hello. I have been working on my portfolio project for the last 9 months and I feel like I'm starting to loss my focus. I only have six months left til I graduate. I'm also not sure what I should be focusing on to put into an Environment Artist Portfolio. I've looked at people's portfolio's and most of them seem to focus on completed environments, most of them are large scale environments, while some have small environments and props. First I'm wondering is it common to lose focus if you have been working on a project for to long and if anyone has any suggestions on what I should I should focus on for my portfolio. Should it be a large scale environment or should it be a small scale environment and random props? Thank you!

Doing a smartly organised small scale environment with good texture is more better than having one large but badly organised.
At the bottom line, do what you can handle within a time frame that you set. Put yourself in production.
Hope this help.
