Free texture tiling programs?

Can anybody recommend any free tiling texture programs?

I know how to make tiling textures in photoshop and all that...
I was just looking for a stand alone program that can take a lot of the tedious work out of the process.

Seamless Workshop might work for you. I found the blending too soft and artificial, but hey it's free.
