Oops. I forgot to say that I am actually almost finished with the head.
Here was the rough sculpt I did
then I retopologized one side of it in Maya 2014 using the oh-so-awesome new feature called Quad Draw.
After that, I mirrored it in Blender (I really think Blender has good mirroring features) and also connected the ear to the face using that program too.
Now I'm planning to go back to ZBrush to fix some things and detail it.
