Sup guys,
It took me a week to get to this point and I'm a bit lost. Most of my 3d experience is just in 3d sculpting so figuring out all the technical stuff to go from sculpt->dota2 took me way longer than necessary (it really wasn't that bad just time consuming). I abandoned half way through texturing because I'm pretty sure I could have done a way better job UV mapping if I would have mirrored the face and made a split were dooms hand covers. I think I have a bigger problem though, I kind of fear the face is to small and doesn't read, maybe fixing the UV maps might help a little. So before reworking this I'm just curious what u guys think does the design even work or should I just let this one go. Not sure about the Han Solo carbonite look for the face either.
Any advice/tips/crit/opinions is greatly appreciated.

Other than that, it looks fantastic, the grip could be a bit darker, I doubt that Doom's hands are clean.
However you really need to be a lot more creative with the blade. Hell, why not make it consist of two separate pieces that will probably be the scare face's horns or something...just an idea
