Nice render man. I like the design and the details on the belt and the shield.
I think it could need a little more anatomy work though.
And the creases on his body disturb me, Is it scars? Or does he actually wear really thin clothes? I guess it's scars but it's exactly the same type of creases that you put on the metal pieces so it's confusing.
The cloth under the arms and behind the legs look good to me.
I can't really say what's on his feets though. Cloth too?
And finally his pose is kinda odd. I have the feel he should put his weight on his other foot. But maybe that's just me.
Is this supposed to be a live human, or something like a marble statue? Because the body is very undefined, lacking any shapes and feeling... painterly with brushstrokes, for lack of better words. Very featureless. He doesn't even have nipples, for example.
In general, the detail seems kind of flat/soft and too small. The riveting doesn't feel like riveting but small dents of the material, and things like the florals and the headband also feel like they're shallowly sculpted out of stone.
The proportions are a slight bit off, too, I think, but not much. The arms are too stumpy and need to be a bit longer (hands reach to about mid-thigh) and the torso feels a bit narrow. Though that last bit could also be because of the helmet being too big. Lastly, the feet are rather dainty and the toes look like they could snap off too easily.
suba: he isn't wearing any thin clothing, i just had trouble creating believable vascularity and scarring (ill have to work on that). and he is wearing cloth wraps on his feet, admittedly they were a bit of an afterthought (they were one of the last details and i was kind of at that point wear you just want to finish up the sculpt and start rendering)
Snader: he is meant to be a live human, and i agree his body is pretty undefined. I always have trouble finding that balance between subtle realism and bold muscular details. as for the nipples I honestly dont know how i forgot those... just a straight up slip on my part.
thanks again for the feedback, I may not be able to get around to applying it to this sculpt but it will definitely be useful knowledge for my future projects

Here is my 5 cents
