Odd Zbrush/3DS max export problem

Recently, Zbrush has been exporting projects into oddly shaped blobs instead of what the mesh is supposed to look like. Example, When I exported a sculpt of some wooden planks they turned into insanely high-poly ovals.

Opening it back in Zbrush Was just as odd too me, as the actual sculpting itself seem superimposed onto a MUCH larger mesh than what I originally started on

For this particular project, I made the Base planks in 3DSM (about 5k polys each) > Exported into obj > Imported into Zbrush via load tool > Tessellated (around 400k polys total) > sculpted then exported.

Probably making a Noobie mistake somewhere, but I havent found out where yet xD
