Hey! I want to post here my work on that huskar spear. Im having some trouble taking this to low poly and game-size textures, had good results but still not optimal, want to try some other things, still not satisfied.
I'd love to work on these but I'm just starting out in the workshop myself. Once a get through a few items to learn all the ins and outs and get my workflow much better honed I'll come back Strimax.
Poncho, I ran into a similar issue on my first piece. Seems SithHappens over at live workshop is right, it's crucial to get the low poly built first on some models as the poly restrictions are super important. I had to cancel an entire project of learning because the poly's wouldn't let me continue my work on it.
Start by blocking out the low poly first on the concept, then work to see where you can include detail up to the poly count (leave a buffer). Then sculpt and try to stay very close to the low poly no huge changes.

How is a double sided weapon going to work for Kunkka?
Unless you are planning on doing custom animations for everything for these 2 heros, these will just not work
I don't think that is the case and still would not address my concerns with animations for the most part, but I would like to see strimax's feedback
