Does anybody else think that Polycount should have its own PlanetSide 2 PlayerStudio thread? The PlayerStudio contributors does not seem that large, by my speculation.
It would be great to see some new camos coming from the polycount community.
Opinions?

Make a thread in pimping and previews. If it gets enough attention the mods will make a place for it.

i've been making player studio stuff for planet side since it started. its a way to make a little bit of cash ,not even a fraction of what i hear the dota an tf2 folk are making, but its a lower bar and higher chance of acceptance. Its not super fulfilling artistically since you can not bake normal's or even really texture your items. Decals were fun to make but they do not seem to sell well at all in game since their visibility on vehicles is extremely limited. camos had a huge swell in popularity at the start of the program but now they are not even accepting camos now.

Ah, you know I was always wondering about checking out PS2's player studio. Thanks for the feedback @Rhinokey. I suppose I won't particularly waste any time with it if theyre not even accepting camo's..not that theres any shortage of it to begin with, and yeah - decals are kind of worthless with being so small on vehicles and completely covered with player composite armors (if you have.) I really wish they allowed more artistic freedom to create more items other than camo, decals, and helmets.

Haven't really checked out the playerstudio stuff at all. Lots of helmet designs floating about though. They all kind of look the same however.

Sometimes I really feel like the Vanu spawn faster or something. They get anywhere ridiculously fast.

Ha have you seen their ridiculous zoe maxes? those things are so fast and op its ridiculous. regardless though..i cant help but find way more joy in shooting TR than VS xD

Luckily ZOE is getting nerfed very soon. The changes are already up on the test server, along with a lot of other balance fixes (including a long overdue harasser nerf). The update should be live sometime this month.
