King Prithvi Narayan Shah [WIP]

Hi Everyone,
Here goes King "Prithvi Narayan Shah(1723-75)", great king n warrior of Nepal who unified the country...
There is no actual photo, just few sketches. So, it will be half as sketches and half I'll try to make it look more heroic and might not match with the concept...
Did a basic block out along with the clothes,the cape and the cape..
After I took the snaps, I realized back/side silhouette looks ugly.. Will try to fix them later whatever I can.

Did a short paint over . (If you can make a concept art for him, Aww, that would be so great. hehe{Just a thought})

Removed the outer coat, as it din't looked very good on him.. And did a detailed cloth sculpt.

In the pics you have of him he has smooth facial features. His nose is slender and his jaw line is a smooth slope You went very cro mag with his brow and I don't think his face is long enough.
Since you are working mostly off imagination maybe make him look heroic and beautiful?

Eye's look too intense, and a bit bland for the stare. I know you're working on it and doing adjustments, it would be nice to have an alternate set of eye's for posting that having him staring to give him character.

After a long long time, continued with this... I'm using this character as hero character for a mobile game, so retopo to low poly and did a paint over, Which one looks better ?
I want to keep it white dress but I feel its very dull and non-vibrant for the game.
