Hey guys did a search for this but didn't find anything, im mainly a max user but have made the switch recently(3 days ago), I am exporting a base mesh from Maya to UV layout then to Zbrush, it seems to lose its creasing edges even if I bring it back into maya and do the edges again then send it to Zbrush as a OBJ, Am I missing a export option or something? cause its fine in maya till I export it then if I re import it its lost the creasing in maya, so I figure its losing the creasing data somehow.
Or should I just be subdivide smoothing the first iteration on a duplicate in maya before I export?

Dang, that's a good idea. I hate wading through a dozen OBJ files just to find the one I need.
Yeah, and it especially becomes problematic if you're also using .OBJ as a high-poly file for baking in Xnormal or something. Then you've got a mess.....even with well-organized folders
