Hi guys, This is gonna be my very first environment scene, and will be rendered in Unity. I'm attempting to recreate the infamous Looking Glass Dharma station from the LOST series :

The room is actually twice as big but I'll be covering that mandatory part only. Here's my latest progress, with a current count of 15680 tris. I've basically modelled and unwrapped the big blockout stuff and started detailing a bit. Everything that's in blue will use tiling textures, and I'm making heavy use of instancing for the rest. I'll post unity shots when my lights are properly set up.

Now looking at some other threads I realize I could really use much more planning ahead, I haven't really been thinking about it to be honest. Anyway I'm open to critique, so if something could be improved or just looks awfully wrong so far, tell me ! Keeping that up.

You definitely have an eye for detail, and are capable of preserving polycount too. Your models seem sound, so there's not much to comment on as it's too early stages. Good work however, keep it up. :)

Here's how it looks right now, I'm trying to nail the lighting before detailing any texture further (The orange-blue tones are purposefully exaggerated, but let me know what you think).
Due to time constraints I won't be adding much more assets, besides the electric circuits on walls. I want to focus on making everything that's already made look neat or I won't see the end of this soon.

looking good, but check your width a bit
the water pool is a lot more narrow than in the reference. Also the space between the circular door border and the side columns should be further apart
