I can't get Normal maps that were baked in 3ds Max to display properly in Marmoset Toolbag. Below is a screenshot of 3ds Max Normals in Marmoset Toolbag:

If I use Handplane and convert the 3ds Max Normals to Unity Normals they display A LOT better:

Is this a known issues? I assume that it has to do with the tangent basis. I guess the tangent basis that Unity uses to display its Normal maps is similar to the one Marmoset uses?
Software versions:
3ds Max 2013 x64 - Product Version: 15.0 Update 6 commercial
Handplane 1.3.1
Marmoset Toolbag 1.10
