Alright, let's see if I too can be able to have a Sketchbook thread. Anyways, my name is Marcus and I'm a first year videogame artist and will try to post as much as I can here.
This first post is a house I've done for a game project in school. I'm only using a diffuse and ambient occlusion on this one.

I would suggested adding some dirt and grime at appropriate places tho
like some black dirt on the top of the chimney, mud/dust/sand on the bottom area of the house, and something to show that the roof has been through some bad weather by painting it in manually or adding some leaking decals
it's always the most fun part about texturing if you ask me, and adds a lot of character to your props
Thank you! I don't know if I have the time to implement that but if i have some time over I will definitely do some more work on the textures!
I suggest you should always have references and post them if you desire good feedback!
If your goal is gritty-witcher realistic looking or more like diablo half-realism is good to clarify!
Thank you Chris!
I haven't really thought about showing references but I will be sure to do that in the future
