Hey guys, I saw this Gray Shuko concept in one of the Monthly Noob threads and loved it, so thought I would give it a go. I thought it would be really quick to do, as it is fairly simple, but I got busy with work so it has dragged a bit. I think I'm almost finished except for emissive for the windows and lights, but am having some problems in Marmoset, which i am fairly new to.

What I have so far:
I mainly wanted to keep it really low poly and close to the style of the concept. I'm pretty happy with it, for a simple exercise, but a couple of things are bugging me...if any one could help:)
I am having trouble with transparency in Marmoset: below are two balcony's both the same geometry with the same UVs, but one is acting really wierd.
An then below geometry is popping on and off.
If anyone knows about marmoset, or have any critiques that would be awesome. Thanks for reading
