I have this strange problem with almost all my meshes, when I symmetrised, the seam is all fucked up in Marmoset, but it seems OK in UDK. I already posted this on my thread but maybe people here can help me out :
It's most probably because Autodesk are messing up their FBX export (like a broken record, huh?). that and OBJ is an old, limited format so you shouldn't rely on it much. Try Collada/DAE, it works better for me. have not tried Marmoset yet though.
But MrNinjutsu was right, when I offset the Uv's it's not all messed up like before with OBJ, so thanks man. Do you know why it does that by any chance ? I like to know why ^^.

I think the requirement for offsetting uvs, and the FBX bug are both fixed in Toolbag 2 though!
Glad it worked. To be honest, I don't and it frustrates me. Hopefully someone here may have an answer. All i know is that it works
