Controlling Post Processing via Kismet or Unrealscript question

I am a bit new to the more technical aspects of UDK, and been following the official UDK tutorials and I am a bit stuck on this one.

It's the UDK Tutorial called "Controlling Post Processing via Kismet or Unrealscript" found here: http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/DevelopmentKitGemsControllingPostProcessEffects.html

I understand what is going on, and I was ready to try the stuff that you can download, but I can never get it to open right! In fact, some times I have even crashed the Editor. I know I am not putting these folders in the right place, obviously I am doing something wrong.

Any hints or help on where to put the Folders from the download file would be greatly appreciated. Any time I try to do it myself it either won't work, or I've even made the game crash.

The folders included in the download are:

PostProcessingContent
-Assets
-Classes
-Content
-Maps
-Scripts

Also, do I need to compile the script or something?
