Google is a pretty awesome book :poly121:

Ok being serious. I dunno much about training books, but really, I learned everything through the internet without spending a dime (or whatever the currency is where you're from). What you want to know is there. If you really want a book though, somebody else probably knows.

For zbrush I HIGHLY recommend Michael Pavlovich DVD series from eat 3D, I bought the whole set a while ago and it's a great place to start.

I have to build upon what's been said here, videos are invaluable yet free, books are expensive yet limiting.

Not to say I haven't made some purchases way back, deconstructing the elements for 3ds max and some other crappy book that ive also barely used/followed.

Best books I buy for my CG tends to be architecture, Form space Order ftw, and visual history books (like got a whole book thats just pictures and descriptions of guns, and swords) I would say anatomy books are good too but I ended up making my own ring binding book from tons of reference and sketches so I could have something a bit more tailor made.
