Hello,
I've been searching into this on google, but haven't found anything useful. I have a multi monitor set-up and I would like to split some of Maya's windows/viewports between them. But when ever I restart Maya, they all go back to being on the 1st monitor
Saving my prefs doesn't seem to do anything about this either.
Maya version: 2014 SB3
Windows 7
Radeon HD 7970 graphics card.
Anyone know anything about this?? Thanks

for the viewports: in your viewport menu you can go to panel - tear off or tear off copy if you like putting it on another screen. in this case this is saved with the file not globally.
@battlecow: I found that on my own actually, but I have no idea how to set it up. No readme with it so don't know what goes in what folder, or what command activates it.
PS; I'm terrible with mel/scripting stuff...
