Small Stately-like room enviro (WIP)

Hi, polycount. This my very first attempt at a level.
I wanted to create a room, that is a bit run down but still cozy and warm. I want to give an impression that a very passionate, inventive, but a bit messy person works here. I did not use any concept, just some reference photos.

I'll be updating the progress as often as humanly possible. Any feedback or opinions welcome. I've got a lot of crits of my own, but the list would be too long
. There is no post in the scene so far, just a basic lighting setup and simple flying dust particles for the mood.
P.S. Can anyone tell where to best post pics, other than on imgur? It compresses pics horribly.
