24-month Trainee Program 3D Design
In this position you will have the opportunity to pass through different areas of our company, getting involved in our visualization process whilst gaining experience in project management and consulting. Over the traineeship you will receive guidance from your professional supervisors and travel to one of our international offices for three months.

Job Responsibilities:
RTT offers a friendly and modern working atmosphere, with broad-minded colleagues from diverse backgrounds giving a large room for your creativity. Over the 24 month program you will gain experience and expertise across the visualization process, from preparing customers CAD data to finalizing CGI content for brochures and online product configurators. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to expand your skills in product management and learn the ropes in liaising with clients to ascertain requirements and fulfil expectations. Finally you will get the chance to improve your interpersonal skills while learning different workflows and processes by temporarily relocating for three months to one of our international offices.
Throughout every stage of your traineeship you will have experienced professionals on hand to mentor you. Upon completion of the program you will be an experienced professional in the visualization industry and ready to work with us as a permanent employee.
Requirements:
You have good skills in one or more 3D software packages (e.g. Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D) and you are able to prove this through your great CG works.
You enjoy challenges and have a superb eye for detail.
You are creative, passionate and confident in your work and possess a strong motivation.
You work in a self-reliant, solution-oriented way and have outstanding team and communication skills.
A very good knowledge of English is essential; another language is also an advantage.
