I'd reduce the alpha of the rain effect, probably changing it from solid to a gradient from the tip to the tail. Expanding ring billboards on the ground also really help.
The mana and health bars would look better as cylinders rather than flat rectangles.
The grass around the path is a bit odd, with the shape of the flagstones appearing under the green. A dirt border between the two might help.

What do you mean with billboards exactly? The ripples from the rain?
Yes, I meant the ripples; I suppose 'decal' might have been a better term. Keep in mind that the drops of rain don't need to match the placement for the ripples except where you have a heavy stream, such as the runoff from a gutter.
I'd probably change the lighting during a storm - reducing the direct lighting significantly and bumping up the ambient a bit. Even the light from lamps/windows would dim a bit; a halo would be a nice feature if your engine could handle it. An occasional flash from lightning would also work well.
If you have the budget, I'd really recommend an artist just for the GUI; it's an underrated field, but can really make or break a game.
Looks great but the stone pathway is looking a bit flat compared to other pathway and ground textures. It's mostly noticeable on the last image where the modeled stone slabs break off into the flat stone texture. That may be a bit nit-picky though.

It is flat indeed. The stones are actually modelled, the pathway and the grass around is using the Terrain Engine within Unity.
Maybe it is a better idea to model all of the pathway.

Yeah, you might be right here!

I did some small changes based on the feedback from you guys. Heres the before and after screenshots. Let me know what you think!
