Been a while. Thought i'd get back in the mix with a new character, just working out proportions firstly and good topology because it's going to be animated. Needs a lot of work and tweaking so i'd appreciate any critiques or advice

Minor update, just been working on him a bit today. Im going to go for a diffuse-only woodland theme, materials in the wood, leather, fur area. Need some ideas for a weapon, i was thinking either a spear or some kind of scythe thing.
Anyway i'm just going to keep going with it and at least get it textured, here's where im at, a lot to do as usual. Critique welcome
there is no material deffenision in there, everything looks like some dirted up metal because of that overlayed noise texture. an there is no color variation in there either, the skin and the helmet looks like the same material.
you could really push this to something amazing.
