UDK Lighting won't build.

For some reason it seems I had Force No Precomputed Light at ON.

So I got an issue and the cause eludes me.

The lighting of my UDK environment won't build.

So I started my map with lights already built. I decided to make so mesh and material changes then I wanted to rebuild the light.

Light building finished instantly, no error saying light couldn't be build but swarm didn't fire. Everything is black except for the dynamic lighting of the dominant light.

No lightmaps, no bounces, no emissive light build...this is very strange. I already looked options for lightmass building and it's checked both in world properties and light building menu.

At that point I launched another instance of the same map I created earlier in the process to test some lighting. Lights get built, swarm launches and everything.
