on the playerstudio forums for planetside 2 both myself and one other guy made a version of the same helm. SOE is having a vote to see which is put in the game.

Rhinokey made a better helmet but he's against a guy who's more well known in the Planetside 2 community.

keep in mind when looking at these, we cant paint any textures, all texturing is done using flat color swatches that we have to crunch our uvs onto. after its accepted SOE will add their shader with gloss, and detail normals over different areas. the NC logo on the top of my helm had to be 100% cut into the geo which was a pain. other guy didn't even bother.

if you are curious how i did the logo on there since their texture sheet only has the lame lil start logo. answer is, it was a pain.
