    That was inspiring but there is one element that rarely gets a mention "the obsessive drive to be a success". I know many talented musicians who destroyed their self esteem trying to "make it" and lost all the joy of creativity in the process.

    No doubt it is the same within the art world, failure is how we learn and success does not come to everyone who works hard as there many elements in life that one has zero control over.
