Need to improve my drawing/concept art.

Hey!


I've always avoided concept art and drawing as a whole in favour of doing 3D art. So before i go to university i need to use this year to improve my almost non-existent 2D skills.

Can anyone recommend some tutorials, tips, courses, for someone who wants to get into concept art but can barely draw?

Just started drawing myself, I have found www.newmastersacademy.org to be great so far and of course lots of drawing

-Get a tablet, and start painting something EVERY DAY. Doesn't have to be much - just paint something every day.

-Find some figure sketching -course (croquis) you can attend. This type of sketching is great for learning how to draw poses and shapes.

-Do one of those online "workshops". Many of them cost money but maybe that's not a problem for you?
