OK, so recently I decided I would start working on an environment for my Portfolio how the problem I have is I suck at Texturing, UV mapping, maps etc. So I was wondering if anyone could point me in a direct of a good tutorial which EXPLAINS the processes? I have seen a load of tutorials online but they don't explain anything they just say do this, this and this. Which is not very helpful. This has really been bugging me because I am spent ages homing my modeling skills only to not be able to apply textures to them.
