Hey guys

Im struggling with a circular environment

(lowpoly no bake)
walls.PNG

Im not sure how I should try to bake it, the problem is when
I bake the individual parts, the shading is interrupted between them
and it is not truly round in the end

Is there any good trick for this ?

If you want to make it modular there is no need to bake textures. Otherwise you would need to bake special normalmaps for every object which would encrease the amount of textures.
Try to soften the edges with some bevels.

For the shading differences you will want to have the vertex normal on the edges edited so they match up with the next piece, each software will have it's own way for doing this.

Personally I think circular environments are too much of a pain to do in a modular fashion maybe for 1 circular room it might be okay, but it can get complicated quickly.
