Zbrush symmetry not working correctly

Hey guys,
this problem has been bothering me for a while now. For some reason is the symmetry somewhat offset on my meshes, which doesnt make sense because they are were centered upon export and even if I turn on Local symmetry it is still slighty offset. Its really frustrating. Any idea how to fix this?

    If it is a perfectly symmetrical mesh and it's just a slightly off angle shot you are showing which makes it look skewed, it could be that it is a subtool and Lsym is turned on. Try turning it off as that can mean that the symmetry is inherited from the parent tool.
