So, I'm having some problems setting up a scene in UDK and my hope is that you intelligent and ever so wonderful people of polycount can help me out. I've searched the google and polycount for similar problems but haven't found much.

My second problem is some very strange shading on a door I am working on. Here is a screen shot for reference and the layout of my lightmap, which as far as I can tell has been unwrapped properly.
If you guys could help me out I would be very grateful.

Also, you don't have to leave empty space around the edges of the map, lightmaps are clamped to 0-1 so no bleeding there.
