tl;dr
Art Director of a billion dollar ad company (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grey_Global_Group) asks concept artist to work for free. Artist declines politely, gets unprofessional and nasty reply in return.
Personaly i think it's shameful that such a company expects people to work for free for them and what makes it worse is the lack of respect that this Art Director shows for his fellow artist.
