Some of the stuff I've been working on, on/off, for the past couple of months.
Imoogi the Salamander is a mount for Disruptor.
I had this idea a while ago, though due to my work schedule i wasn't able to flesh it out up until last month. When i made some free time, i decided to work on them. The model is nearly done, I'm working on the masks and textures these couple of days, though it will probably be a while until it's ready for display.
I'm currently experiencing issues with the model animation. The legs don't align properly and it looks as if it's jumping rather than making steps.
My question is, has anyone got an idea what happened? What have i done wrong?

Thanks a bunch for your support bud I just succeeded in making her walk and pose properly. Something was amiss with the armature it seems. In any case, she's well on her way out now.
Now, when you say "Play" with the blueish tones, what do you have in mind? Coz i was planning to experiment by coloring the saddle and the cloth a shade of blue with a smidge of metallic overtones just to see what happens. Or maybe you meant on the scales/skin?
Its a mix of amphibians and reptiles, actually. The basic design is a prehistoric lizard called Diplocaulus. I also did some studies with frogs, snakes and lizards, so as to enrich the design a tad.
hahahah Good one. And thanks, i do my best.
It is done.
My only feedback one the model would be about the overall value and contrast - it does seem a little dark doesn't it ? It's always a delicate balance ...
Also I kinda wish the workshop thumbnail was giving the model a bit more justice, since the model looks much better when shown in the loadout view with the dark faded red background.
I hope this helps !
I was going to do some additional work on it after i'd published it. Yesterday all i wanted to do is publish, because it took a lot out of me. Also, the low quality of the photos posted really does a number on the eyes and there are miniscule details of light blue lost all over the place. :P It looks really good ingame though. Still, sound advice that i shall take into consideration.
Sucks being a noob at this i guess. Will try that later, thanks.
